DS60 combines three powerful pain-relieving agents: Diclofenac (NSAID) reduces inflammation, Methyl Salicylate provides counterirritant and analgesic effects, and Menthol delivers cooling relief to soothe sore muscles and joints. The spray formulation ensures quick drying, no mess, and targeted application. Ideal for arthritis, backache, sprains, strains, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal pain.
Diclofenac Diethylamine (1% w/w): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that
inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis. This decreases
inflammation, swelling, and pain at the application site.
Methyl Salicylate (10% w/w): A counterirritant and analgesic that produces a mild
warming sensation, stimulating local blood flow and providing deep pain relief. It is absorbed through
the skin and has anti-inflammatory properties similar to aspirin.
Menthol (5% w/w): A natural cooling agent that activates TRPM8 receptors, producing a
cooling sensation that distracts from pain signals (gate control theory). It also has mild local anaesthetic
and vasodilatory effects.
Absolute Alcohol: Acts as a fast-evaporating vehicle that ensures quick drying and
enhances penetration of active ingredients into the skin.
This synergistic combination provides rapid-onset pain relief (within minutes) that lasts for several hours.

Shake the bottle well before use. Hold the spray 10–15 cm away from the affected area.
Spray 2–3 times onto the painful area (do not oversaturate). Gently massage into the skin
until absorbed. Use 2–4 times daily as needed. Wash hands immediately after application.
For best results, apply after a warm bath or shower when pores are open.
Note: Do not use more than 4 times per day. Discontinue if no improvement
after 7 days of use.
