Magnesium is essential for nerve conduction, muscle relaxation, and ATP synthesis. Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a potent mitochondrial antioxidant that improves cellular energy production. Together, they reduce muscle cramps, support cardiac health, alleviate neuropathic discomfort, and combat fatigue — ideal for patients with statin-induced myopathy, diabetic neuropathy, or chronic fatigue.
Magnesium is a critical cofactor for over 300 enzymatic reactions, including ATP production, protein synthesis, and nerve impulse transmission. Deficiency is linked to muscle cramps, neuropathic pain, and fatigue. Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is an essential component of the electron transport chain in mitochondria, generating cellular energy (ATP) and neutralizing free radicals. The combination addresses both metabolic energy deficits and neuromuscular hyperexcitability, making it particularly effective for conditions like diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and statin-associated muscle symptoms.
Our tablets use magnesium glycinate/citrate for superior bioavailability and gastrointestinal tolerance, plus pharmaceutical-grade CoQ10 (ubidecarenone) in a stabilized form. Each batch is tested for heavy metals, dissolution, and content uniformity. Free from gluten, artificial colors, and unnecessary excipients.
| Active Ingredients | Magnesium (as glycinate/citrate) 100 mg elemental, Coenzyme Q10 (Ubidecarenone) 30 mg |
|---|---|
| Other ingredients | Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, film coating (Opadry). |
| Absorption enhancer | Bioperine® (black pepper extract) – improves CoQ10 bioavailability by 30%. | Allergen information | Free from dairy, soy, gluten, and preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians. |
One tablet once daily with a meal (preferably dinner) for general wellness and mild muscle cramps.
For neuropathy, statin-induced myalgia, or fatigue: one tablet twice daily (morning and evening).
Maximum recommended: 2 tablets per day (200 mg magnesium / 60 mg CoQ10).
Elderly or those with renal impairment: start with one tablet every other day, increase under medical supervision.
Not recommended for children under 12 years without physician approval.
Take with food to enhance absorption and reduce mild GI upset. Do not exceed recommended dose. If using blood thinners (warfarin), monitor INR as CoQ10 may theoretically reduce anticoagulant effect. Discontinue 2 weeks before elective surgery.
