Children (2–6 years): 5 ml once daily.
Children (7–12 years): 5 ml twice daily.
Adolescents (13–18 years): 10 ml once daily.

For neuropathy or severe deficiency: 10 ml twice daily for 4–6 weeks, then maintenance.
