The vaginal and intestinal microbiota play a crucial role in defending against pathogens. Disruption due to antibiotics,
hormones, or stress leads to overgrowth of anaerobes (Gardnerella, Atopobium) causing bacterial vaginosis (BV).

For active BV or antibiotic-associated diarrhea: one capsule twice daily for 14 days, then once daily maintenance.

Swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew (enteric-coated capsule protects probiotics from stomach acid).
